Terms of service

These terms of use apply when you visit and use Quicktest.se and when you shop through the website. By using Quicktest.se and/or completing a purchase, you accept the terms below.

1. About Quicktest and the responsible party

2. Prices and payment

Each item is displayed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including any fees. Payment terms are shown at checkout depending on the selected payment method.

When making a payment, your data may be processed on behalf of (or due to requirements from) Klarna AB or Stripe Inc., including for credit assessment purposes.

3. Deliveries

Delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping method:

  • Early Bird: normally 1-2 business days
  • PostNord: normally 1-3 business days
  • Budbee: normally 1-2 business days
  • Economy shipping (untracked) for individual tests: 2-6 business days

The stated delivery time applies to orders received before 13:00. Orders received after 13:00, as well as on public holidays, are packed and shipped on the next business day.

4. Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

The return fee and shipping for a withdrawn purchase are paid by you as the customer. We refund only the cost of the product, not shipping charges.

You do not have a right of withdrawal if you:

  • have used the product, or
  • have caused a failure through incorrect handling.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the following applies:

  • You are required to keep the product in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You may not use it.
  • If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

5. Returns and complaints

Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or we packed the wrong item - in those cases, we cover the cost.

Other returns must be sent by registered mail or another traceable method. You must be able to provide a receipt with a tracking number.

6. Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the product as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we receive the product.

You are responsible for paying:

  • the return costs, and
  • the shipping cost stated when the order was placed.

A return fee applies based on the shipping method you selected when placing the order.

7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Quicktest offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that you have the right to return the product if you are dissatisfied with how you have been treated or for other reasons.

A test that did not give the result you expected is not covered by this guarantee.

8. Marketing

Quicktest sends newsletters on an ongoing basis. By shopping with us, you agree that we may send you newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Personal data and cookies

When you place an order, you provide personal data. In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we may store and use your data in our business in order to fulfill our agreement with you.
