Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or we packed the wrong item - in those cases, we cover the cost.

Other returns must be sent by registered mail or another traceable method. You must be able to provide a receipt with a tracking number.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

The return fee and shipping for a withdrawn purchase are paid by you as the customer. We refund only the cost of the product, not shipping charges.

You do not have a right of withdrawal if you have used the product or caused a failure through incorrect handling.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

• You are required to keep the product in the same condition as when you received it.
• You may not use it.
• If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the product as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we receive the product.

You are responsible for the return costs and the shipping cost stated when the order was placed. A return fee applies based on the shipping method you selected when placing the order.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We only want satisfied customers, which is why you have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that you have the right to return the product if you are dissatisfied with how you have been treated or for other reasons.

However, a test that did not give the result you expected is not covered by this guarantee.
